My current darkroom (and best yet!) is equipped with a Zone VI 5x7 enlarger with a variable contrast head, controlled by a Zone VI compensating timer. I use it for all formats (35mm, 6x6cm, 6x7cm, 4x5in and 5x7 in.).

I shoot Ilford FP4+ film and develop it in Kodak HC-110 (B) or PyroCat HD developer. I use Ilford variable contrast papers and develop all my prints in Kodak Dektol paper developer. I have experimented over the years with many combination of films/developers/papers and have settled on this. I understand it and how it interprets the light.
